    IT Infrastructure Manager
  • 1
    IT Support Analyst

THE
PROBLEM

With an international expansion, there is high importance on local expertise of which meant we would have to spend a significant amount of time researching and networking within the Netherlands.

THE
SOLUTION

First, we identified the competition in the Netherlands and the businesses we should be approaching to passively headhunt for the skill sets needed within our clients Cyber Team.

We create a bespoke algorithm in-house which we then used to map out the entire Netherlands region identifying both the cyber and information security professionals that fit both the technical and cultural requirements of the business.

Our talent pool at this stage was populated with individuals who had the right experience and we wanted to make it a lot more niche. From this long list, we then liaised with hiring managers to identify their ‘grade A’ skills, experience and personality that would ensure a successful hire. From this, we discreetly headhunted and compiled a shortlist of the perfect candidates.

From then, we created advertising campaigns across social platforms popular within the Netherlands region as well as crafting relationships with elite professionals that would ensure a strong referral scheme.

THE
RESULTS

We filled the Information Security Manager role within record time.

We also successfully introduced an IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Support Analyst

The candidate passed the rebate period and was promoted within 6 months.
